A new £1 million 'Target Zero' project is looking at five major building types (schools, warehouses, offices, supermarkets and mixed use) and will generate fully-costed solutions demonstrating how to achieve the three highest BREEAM ratings and meet the changes to Part L of the Building Regulations.
As a series of BCSA/Corus half-day construction-based seminars will be commencing shortly. The first two seminars are being held on:
Tuesday 8 June Manchester Conference Centre
Tuesday 22 June Hilton East Midlands Airport, Castle Donington
There is no charge for attending. The seminars will commence at 0930 hrs and conclude with lunch at c 1300 hrs.
The seminars are a way of introducing construction professionals to the latest developments in the steel construction industry. The programme will include the following topics:
