Target Zero

A new £1 million 'Target Zero' project is looking at five major building types (schools, warehouses, offices, supermarkets and mixed use) and will generate fully-costed solutions demonstrating how to achieve the three highest BREEAM ratings and meet the changes to Part L of the Building Regulations.

BCSA Responsible Welding Co-ordinator (RWC) Training Course10.12.2009

Following the successful launch of its RWC training course in November, BCSA is now planning further courses for 2010. Developed to satisfy the imminent introduction of the new standards for CE Marking, the BCSA RWC course is the first stage in preparing candidates wishing to undertake the RWC role on structures / components up to and including Execution Class 2 (EXC2).

Restricted to BCSA member companies, each course is limited to a maximum of 12 delegates. Course dates are already confirmed for February and March and these are now fully subscribed.

Additional course dates will be released early in the New Year.
